Managing the day to day Operation and Responsible for Departmental Profit & Loss. Ensure through regular monitoring of Feedback, Promotions and Efficient, accurate service to all Guests Retain guests & enhance guest Loyalty through introducing various schemes & food festivals. Review the monthly profit & loss statement of all outlets and develop action plan as required. To ensure all the operational standards set for all the equipments & processes are followed Work with cost controller in all areas of F&B Costs Plan and prepare the promotions & marketing / PR plans for all outlets Develop departmental trainings in association with the training department & oversee all the training activities with the department. Maintain regular contacts with corporate & individual customers, and build strong relationship with them. Self update about local, national & international best practices / trends in food service & technology in F&B Ensure that the department procures the best quality raw material & cost effective equipments. Work with Executive Chef in the area of Cuisine, Menu planning & Design and guests comments and concerns. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Conduct the operations meeting with all managers & Executives on daily & twice a week to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedbacks / action taken, and staff issues if any.
