14 years of experience ranging from Manpower planning to Recruitment and from On boarding to Exit. My experience ranges from handling Complete Employee Life Cycle, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Succession Planning, working on M&A activities from HR side, HRIS system, handling surveys, etc. I have also handled the uncertainties during mergers and takeover phases. After completing studies, I was selected at Planman Consulting as Payroll resource executive for about 2 & half years. I got consultancy exposure, I was SPOC for Clients like ICICI HFC, Tikona Digital Networks, Link Pens, etc. During this period I got a hands on experience, working on various employee grievances, Payroll processing, handling Compliance related issues like (PF, ESIC & PT registration), Salary Related grievances etc. At UltraTech Cement I am handling corporate office in Mumbai of about 300 employees for all aspects of HR. It is a pure HR generalist profile which gives rich learning to develop my HR skills, I am responsible for preparing every monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Yearly HR analytics which helps top management to take meaningful decisions as and when required, apart from this, being as corporate HR team I have handle ACR, Planning and Budgeting & PMS for around 4500 employees Pan India including (Cement, RMC, BPD and Aggregate) Units. I have also actively involved In Projects like Talent Management, Succession Planning, offrol employee’s e-System, M&A which runs through corporate office. This role was Project base and gave me great learning experiences.
