As a electrical purchase engineer at Kirloskar VOLTAM INDIA LTD, I was responsible for the procurement of all electrical parts like electrical control panels, wiring harnesses, heaters, electrical cables, switchgear, voltage regulators to name a few from 25 plus vendors. My main duties included sourcing, getting offers from the various suppliers, negotiations and creation of Purchase orders in Oracle. In the capacity of procurement engineer at ONGC, I procured various components required for the production of electrical panels meant of wind turbines namely cables, wires, MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, CTs, meters to name a few. Also, some of the duties involved were creating purchase orders in SAP, liquidation of non-moving and slow moving inventories. Also worked in my internship and deal with the batteries such as lithium Ion battery. Skills- • Expert in ERP software namely SAP and Oracle. • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Excellent communication skills with a focus on team building and vendor relations. • Administering procurement functions, including estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product. • Managing inventory, placing, and fulfilling orders, receiving, and shipping inventory. • Know-how of Customs tariff schedule, methods of valuations of goods, tariff treatments, RVC, De Minimis Rule, Tariff treatments codes and Goods exemption code on B3 form. • Good understanding of D-memos, customs tariff and Harmonized system (HS) of tariff. • Well versed with Excise Act,2001, Excise Act and Excise Tax Act
