My core competencies include estimation and tendering, planning and scheduling, quantity surveying, costing, preparing rate analysis, managing subcontract tender process and change management. I am passionate about delivering optimal solutions that meet the project requirements and specifications, while ensuring compliance with the contractual terms and conditions. I have successfully sourced and developed potential or alternative vendors and suppliers for the project deliverables, and negotiated favorable terms and conditions as per the nature of work. I have also applied my technical knowledge and skills to track and monitor the progress and quality of the assigned packages, and to coordinate effectively with the internal and external stakeholders.
