POWAII in 1975. Worked as Faculty in National Institute of Design IN Ahmedabad in 1975-77. Joined M/s Blowplast Ltd as Design Manager and export manager for the period of 78 to 82. From April 82 onwards till 1990 had own set up as Consultant, Architect, Designer, Valuer and Builder. Also worked as external / visiting faculty for the subject valuation teaching in many Engineering and Architecture Collages, worked as Panel Architect for MHADA, Konkan Board & Repair Board at Mumbai till 2018. 1990 onwards, working as valuer for Court cases, Land Acquisition Cases, Bank valuations for SBI, BOI, Maharashtra Bank, Federal Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Corporations such as IOCL, BPCL, Port Trust, High Courts, etc. Elected as President of PRACTICING VALUERS ASSOCIATION [ INDIA ] for 3 years in 2016 At present working as Managing Director of ‘PVAI Professional Valuers Organisation’ which is working as extension of IBBI. For last many years, I am associated with Women’s Education Society Nagpur as an office bearer as well as with Liberal Education Society Nagpur where at present I am a Vice President.In addition I am Director of Hadas High School Alumni Association, a section 8 Limited company. I am also associated with SOHAM an organisation for Senior Citizen Living facility. Travelled extensively to US, U.K. France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Yugoslavia, Singapore, Thailand, Malesia, as well as within India, and Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan
