At Lilly Pharmaceuticals(Pharma)- Planning, Forecasting and Reporting (PFR) SAP/S4 Finance SME in Business Intelligence (BI) Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, provide technical support and customer service to the global finance user community. Partner with the Regions, Affiliates, Business Units, Corporate Financial Planning (CFP), Corporate Financial Reporting (CFR), Tax, Treasury, Audit, Research, Manufacturing and Global Services to support monthly closing, planning activities and projects to ensure integrity of our financial results. Lead PFR Governance and ensure SAP setup for Planning and Forecasting in SAP/S4. At Lilly Pharmaceuticals(Pharma)- I played a crucial role in the trailblazing team in setting the first Automation Center of Excellence for Lilly. My role involved delivering important SAP-related Business Process automations for Lilly that saved millions of dollars in savings as well as value addition by prevention of risks. In my primary role as an architect/developer I was instrumental in delivering automations, analyzing processes(PDD), designing solutions(SDD) and also a key member for setting up the COE and contributing to standards and establishing the documentation and processes needed for running the COE. At Secretary of State, Indiana (Government)- I played a crucial architect/developer role in delivering IT projects such as Case Management system and was instrumental in conducting workshops for collaboration of different agencies At Techmetals (Manufacturing in Dayton, Ohio)- I was instrumental in helping the company advance its IT that helped its revenue to grow by 300%. Investing in IT which involved a new ERP system, new IT infrastructure, new website and new web marketing strategies helped the company to increase its profitability and revenue, and at the same time weed out the revenue losing customers. At Delphi (Manufacturing in Dayton, Ohio)- I was involved in delivering web based tools for engineers that helped them to increase their productivity. At University of Dayton (Education)- I was part of the team that was involved in one of the ambitious projects to go completely paperless for Graduate school admissions and processing.
