Key R&D role play for localization’s of Air Compressor for Volvo MDEP 5L and MDEP 8L Engines Projects & Indian OEM"s. Air Treatment product development for Tata Motors and other OEM's- DVPR and Project time-plan preparation and sign off with customer for product release. RTS and TR review and Technical release and sign off. Preparation of DFMEA, review with Global and CFT Team- Air Compressor and Air brake systems parts validated with various vehicle applications and release in SOP. APQP product development process followed during development with timely review for Customer Requirements. Followed PDC (Gate 10 to Gate 60) process for Product development - Rapid prototype development in metals (Aluminium and Casting) in shortest time first time right and concept proofing at customer for new technology products - Trained at Europeon multiple locations for Air Compressor and Viscous Dampers Products - Expertise in field failure analysis and involved in containment actions definations to secure customer production continuation - Customer specification review, various prototype manufacturing and testing to evaluate the design for design freeze - Complete technical support to CFT including supplier, industrial engg. for Product development and localization - Coordination with CoC Team for design review and design finalisation - Alternate solutions with risk assesment during project execution for Business needs - Projects worked in pandemic and exceuted with minimum delays by close monitoring of projects activities - Projects, R&D documentation in PLM System
