My most recent role was as a Deputy Manager at Paytm for Business, where I drove cross-functional charters for new product development and readiness for an in-app consumer lending offering. I led the go-to-market strategy for merchant onboarding, reaching out to thousands of potential partners across online and offline channels. I also ensured customer loan documents and communication were compliant with regulations and standards. Additionally, I collaborated with the engineering team to enhance the user interface and experience of the lending product, resulting in higher conversion and retention rates.
