About Avinash Singh Mandloi

As an Assistant Professor at VNS Group of Institutions in Bhopal, I am deeply committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment for students and research scholars in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. I specialize in pharmacology, preclinical drug screening, and animal model development, with a strong focus on advancing research in pharmacological and therapeutic areas. Additionally, I lead the R&D cell and Admissions Cell, mentor students, and guide them in career development, internships, and research initiatives. I am passionate about integrating emerging fields such as biostatistics, clinical research, and AI-driven methods into my teaching and research. I continuously strive to expand my knowledge in these areas for both my own growth and to provide students with the latest skills to tackle complex challenges in pharmaceutical sciences. Previously, I had the privilege of working under the guidance of Dr. Mohan K. Raizada as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida. In this role, I contributed to preclinical research on cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, developed animal models for hypertension, heart failure, pulmonary fibrosis, and more, while utilizing cutting-edge techniques like immunohistochemistry, echocardiography, and ELISA. I also participated in research on gut dysbiosis and its role in cardiopulmonary disorders, expanding my expertise in preclinical research methodologies. With a Master’s in Pharmacology from VNS Group of Institutions, I have gained extensive research skills in animal studies, analytical techniques, and biostatistics, which have been instrumental in my career development. I am dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical research, mentoring the next generation of scientists, and contributing to the growth of the pharmaceutical field.
