Myself Avinash Kumar having approx ~10 years of experience in UI development. Started my career as web developer having starting experience on ASP.NET, but later on not getting chances to work on ASP.NET, Shifted to UI development. As a UI developer I have served multiple role with different different products. Starting from Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead and Engineering Manager respectively. Above all role was earned by showing dedication, hard work, on time delivery, requirement understanding, taking responsibility, guiding team, helping team members, design discussion etc. The Domain I have worked are Logistics, Telecom, Payment, Banking and IT services for BPO.
