Facilitator. Performer. Storyteller. Helping people connect better — in meetings, on stage, and everywhere in between. Hi, I’m Avinash — an improviser, actor, and communication specialist with over 15 years of experience across live performance, corporate training, and creative strategy. My work blends improvisation, storytelling, and presence to build more human, engaged teams. I’ve performed in 500+ shows, acted in national ad campaigns, and collaborated with artists like Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and Boman Irani. But I’m just as at home in a workshop as on a stage — helping professionals grow their communication, creativity, and leadership through improv-rooted experiences. My recent work includes: Leading storytelling and feedback workshops for companies like Netflix, Tata Power, and Scopely Coaching students and professionals at ASB, JBCN, and IIT Bombay Bringing improv principles to support AI adoption and internal communication strategy for a mobile gaming company I’ve also directed and taught with Improv Comedy Mumbai, performed at international festivals, and shared the stage with some of India’s best-known comics. Whether I’m designing training for a tech team or playing a confused dad in an ad, the goal is the same: presence, play, and people-first connection.
