I am a versatile Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, E-commerce Operations, Data Modelling, Omni Channel Retail, Digital Transformation, and Supply Chain Planning. I am targeting Individual contributor/ managerial level positions as Analytics Manager/ Principal Consultant / Program Manager. I am currently working for a US based company as Operations Head handling a team of 50+ across various verticals from Customer Support to Supply Chain and Inventory Teams. I managed various Operations Programs end to end through my career, longest haul being at Apollo Pharmacy (Apollo 24|7). I worked on analysis and modelling of large datasets using Machine Learning Techniques. I have vast experience in defining key process metrics, building dashboards, writing automation scripts to track, monitor and review processes. I am well versed in coding automation scripts and developing analytical models using SQL, Python, R and used tools like datalore, Jupyterlab to schedule programs without any VM-ware. I am also an expert in Data visualization tools such as Tableau, looker studio, PowerBI, Google Sheets and other Tools.
