As the Country Manager - Quality & Environment at AVIAPARTNER SPAIN, I oversee the national Quality and Environment Program, providing direct support to the VP of Quality at headquarters and the Director of Quality in Spain. I have more than 8 years of experience in airline ground operations safety, quality assurance, and customer service management, with multiple certifications as an aviation auditor and risk assessor. I am passionate about developing and implementing long-term and short-term quality improvement strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. I have successfully led the implementation of Quality and Environmental programs across more than 7 commercial airports and including General Aviation Airports (AviaVIP) in Spain, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. I have also coordinated and supervised audit planning for internal, subcontracting, and external certification audits, including ISAGO certification renewals. I have a proven track record of initiating and leading teams, driving actions to closure, and providing recommendations for decision making. I am always eager to learn new skills and challenge myself to achieve excellence in my field.
