I am currently working as Business Development Manager at The Peninsular Export Company, driving growth for Bveg Foods and Thillais, two innovative, first-to-market brands positioned at the forefront of India’s rapidly growing food and spice market. My focus spans private label development, HORECA bulk supply, key account management, and strategic partnerships across domestic channels. I work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen market presence and build scalable growth frameworks within an organisation that carries a strong legacy in spice trade and processing.Prior to this, I was a Logistics Associate at Zomato Eternal, supporting last mile delivery operations through real time issue resolution and on ground coordination with delivery partners and internal teams. My role involved managing live order escalations, delivery flow disruptions, and payout related discrepancies while ensuring strict adherence to internal SOPs and accurate case closures. I worked closely with cross functional stakeholders to maintain operational continuity and high delivery partner satisfaction.In addition to my core responsibilities at Zomato, I was part of an internal cross functional initiative within Zomato Customer Experience focused on strengthening language vernacular support across the platform. I collaborated with HR and CX teams to support the hiring of Tamil language proficient associates, contributing to candidate screening and interview evaluations assessing spoken fluency, communication effectiveness, and real time problem solving capability.I began my career at Zomato as a Customer Delight Associate, where I built a strong foundation in customer experience within a high volume, fast paced digital ecosystem. Guided by the philosophy of unreasonable hospitality, I handled complex service scenarios across multiple channels, managed supervisor level interactions and highly escalated time critical cases, and delivered real time resolutions requiring sound judgment, composure, and accountability.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities with a major in International Business from O P Jindal Global University, where I developed a strong understanding of business fundamentals, stakeholder dynamics, and organisational systems.Across operations, logistics, and now business development, I bring a structured, process oriented, and commercially driven approach to execution.
