Achievements: Reduced the issues in Process and Warranty of Engine parts- Arm shift drum stopper, Gear primary drive, Cam chain, Roller cam chain guide, Sprocket cam chain tensioner,Geras Increased the final incoming straight pass from 91% to 97% by systematic problem solving. BOSF rejection reduced in Crankcases from 3% raj to 0.5%(Degassing method change and modifications in casting dies at Rockman Ind. BOSF rejection reduce in Cylinder head from 4.5% to 1.8%(Modification in casting dies at Sunbeam auto ans Alicon cast alloy) Improved the BSVI parts by systematic closure of observations at supplier end.
