My career is built on diverse and enriching experiences- Luxury Cosmetics Procurement on an International Scale: Expertise in strategic supply management and international negotiation- Industrial Supply Chain Process Development in Luxury Leather Goods: Including the development of a business unit, digital transformation, and opening of new production workshops- Standardization of Industrial Management Processes in High Jewelry: Establishment of operational standards, operational excellence, and digital transformation- Supply Chain Internalization for a Luxury Jewelry and Watchmaking Business Unit: Leading a large-scale project aimed at fully integrating supply chain operations within the organization, including an end to end digital transformation project. My experiences and role involve structuring, developing, and supporting growth and rationalization strategies within the supply chain, covering procurement, upstream supply, and downstream supply.
