As a Director in the financial services industry with extensive experience in leadership and strategy, I am passionate about driving both business growth and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture. In addition to my corporate leadership, I am a founding member and the current Director of the Liver Ireland Support Network, a non-profit organization committed to improving the well-being of individuals and families affected by chronic liver disease in Ireland. Through this role, I work alongside a dedicated team to raise awareness, provide support services, and advocate for better healthcare outcomes for those impacted by liver disease. Previously, I chaired a number of BNY Employee Resource Committees, where I spearheaded initiatives to enhance staff engagement and retention within my location. Through targeted programs and a focus on employee well-being and advancing diversity and inclusion, I contributed to a more connected and productive workforce and implemented initiatives that create lasting impact for employees at all levels. With over 17 years in financial services, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, risk management, and strategic operations, while consistently ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
