About Awnish R.

In 2017, after spending 5 yrs on my education and working in the IT domain, I realized that I can't do this when I am 40. My weekends with children teaching Maths and managing volunteers helped me notice my love for working with teams. Leaving my job in 2017 and moving to Chennai to co found Involve was an eye-opening experience for me. Since then, we have impacted the lives of students, something which I am proud of. I landed on a gold mine when I moved to manage Branding & Communications at Involve and recognized the opportunity it presented to combine my knowledge of technology and people with my desire for storytelling. Since then, I can't get enough. Marketing, Branding, and Growth call to my passion; it incorporates creativity and problem-solving, and when done right, it's like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. My goto quote? Consistent Execution and Reflection are the 2 underrated skills. I'm always looking forward to an insightful conversation. Reach out if you want to talk to me about building marketing strategies, social media, creating music, or a healthy lifestyle. Specialties: Branding and marketing strategy, Digital Marketing strategy, Social media, Communications, and sustainability.
