SKILLS-Witness all WPS/PQR Qualifications and Welders’ Qualifications -Supervise all required Qualifications at vendors and report to Senior Level- Supervise all the approved Welding Processes used by the vendor during Assembling Work and testing work to ensure strict compliance with Project Specifications requirements and allowed good practices / Procedures of Welding-Supervise during items Fabrication / Production all technical Welding results as required by the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and determine the defect analysis and trends and propose the necessary improvement / corrective actions to be implemented by the vendor-Perform routine Welding Inspection for Qualifications of Personnel, Base Materials, Welding Consumables & Equipment as per approved Welding Procedures-Review and approve all QC Welding Certification and Documentation to ensure validity and compliance with approved Project Specifications, drawings, manufacturing, Inspection and Tests Plans- Maintain close communication with the Project Welding QC matters- Ensure that vendors Documentation for Equipment Certification is verified and approved by all the required Third-Party Inspection.(TPI)- Maintain close work relationship with the Certifying Third Party Authorities/Client or QC Department - Prepare Inspection test plane as per scope and Client's requirements kindly find attached Curriculum Vitae.
