In other words, I specialize in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging my expertise in Business Requirement Gathering, Analysis, and facilitating Joint Application Development sessions. In my current role as Team Manager at Highmark Health, I concentrate on leading cross-functional teams to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements. It’s my job to make sure projects are delivered on time and aligned with industry regulations. Previously, I've served in renowned companies like UnitedHealth Group and Express Scripts, where I honed my skills in Salesforce configuration, Health Cloud integration, and Business Process Analysis. Professionally, I’m motivated by the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive successful project outcomes. These motivations have helped me achieve accomplishments such as successfully implementing Salesforce Health Cloud for patient engagement and leading Agile teams to timely project delivery.
