About Axel Handrup

For as long as I can remember, I have loved to organize, structure and plan every detail possible. This is a character trait that I employ in all aspects of my life. I love to think outside the box and try new methods in a constant effort to improve myself. I derive my energy from the successes of the team, and the pride in reaching a common goal. I firmly believe that agility and speed is closely linked to structured work and methods. Through years of experience as HW designer and project lead, I have archived a wide variety of competence enhancing skills and experiences that I employ daily as a project manager. I thrive in large international teams, as well as small groups and individual work. I am very versatile and contribute with a significant experience within the field of project planning and execution and quality assurance as well as a strong theoretical and practical background within electronics development. I am strong in the interdisciplinary work, and focuses on the complete solution instead of the individual parts. I look at planning and analytic design and documentation as the primary tools to ensure quality and low product costs.
