My name is Axel and I currently reside in Los Angeles, CA I am a Zendesk Support Admin Certified professional with 10+ years of experience working for both large and small companies on a variety of project planning, and coordination, account management, sales support, and system administration matters, most recently for Envoy as an Implementation Consultant. I specialize in driving scalable business processes and strategies to cultivate long lasting relationships, optimize client performances, improve retention, and fuel revenue growth, while routinely creating positive client interactions utilizing strong prioritization, collaboration and communication skills. In addition, I have defined and developed policies, created scalable project strategies, integrated process improvements and utilized industry experience to meet established requirements, key enterprise priorities, operational needs and applicable goals. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano Studies, Minor in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, CA I am proficient using Google Suite, Microsoft Office as well as project management tools such as Asana, Jira and Confluence. I have extensive knowledge and usage of various functional areas of Zendesk - Support, Guide, Talk, Chat & Explore and other CX tools including, Messaging/Conversations, AI/answer bots.
