My journey began at the age of twelve, but it was during my Young Enterprise (UF) year that I discovered my passion for human resources solutions and the labor market. Currently active in two companies, both driven by the same goal – to instigate positive change and cultivate new possibilities in the labor market. Rekrytat is dedicated to the individual, aiming to match the right job seekers with the right workplaces while also lightening the load for companies by handling the entire recruitment process. It's a specialized recruitment firm filling the gap in the niche for young adults and entry-level positions. Seamlr's vision is to encourage change in the hospitality industry, akin to Uber's impact on the taxi market through network effects. The platform fosters quick and relevant matches between employers and employees with simplicity and a seamless experience. The platform ensures work quality by allowing the market to rate each other, and naturally, there are incentives for everyone to stay active on the platform. I aspire to challenge and redefine traditional work structures. The act of driving and building businesses is my passion, yet my goal extends beyond mere business success. I strive to be a driving force in restructuring how we create jobs and careers.
