About Axelle Bundgaard

At 24 years old, I began my twelfth year away from home. This premature departure was caused by my desire to develop personally and athletically in the service of a group. Since then, I have known 5 different cities, with very varied cultures and sometimes surprising transitions like from Aulnay-sous-Bois (93) to Aix-en-Provence (13). It was very enriching because from a very young age I understood the interest of adaptation and the difference in perceptions according to personal experiences. Over the years, I do not lose sight of my double-project. While waiting for the development of women's sports, I wish to be a source of inspiration for young sportswomen who think that the path to the top level is incompatible with academic success and vice versa. Abnegation, self-sacrifice, taste for results, perseverance were the key! The choice of Human Resources seemed obvious to me. I like to realize the connection between the field of Human Resources and that of high-level sports. Both concern the management of a group and its skills, in recruitment or in conflict management. But also in the values and the creation of an identity. I come from a European family, my openness to the world is natural. Human resources is also an opportunity to discover new people, new talents and new stories. It's a long journey in the corporate world, where diversity, everyone's differences make the strength. In September 2020, after many years of study, I have the opportunity to combine theoretical training and professional experience. I am taking my first steps within Eiffage Energie Systèmes in one of my favorite fields; training! I find myself in the values of sharing, communication and rigor that are necessary for the performance of our department. As you can see, I am driven by adventure and change. I want to represent them as opportunities that will help me develop a resourceful spirit and the ability to bounce back from any situation so that nothing can stop me!
