Collecting, managing, and documenting system requirements specification by using industry leading tool Windchill for a model-based system. • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on components made up of different material by utilizing ANSYS tool. • CFD Simulations for BTMS on ANSYS Fluent for lithium-ion battery pack immersed with die-electric coolant. • Proficient in designing and building LV/HV Battery pack, and thermal performance of the battery management system. • Familiar with industry leading standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) for BEV, HEV, Autonomous vehicles and government regulations (Euro 6). • Proficient in utilizing the V-Model and Agile methodologies, to develop processes and the agility to adapt to changing project requirements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. • Implementing logic based on requirements architecture, and programmatically designing, and developing the computational design, performing simulations, testing the system by using MATLAB/Simulink. • Measuring, Calibration, and tolerance fault diagnosis skills: CMM, Rockwell, Vickers, Micrometer, Vernier caliper, multimeter, special service tools. • Expert in on board diagnosis (OBD) and resolving data trouble code (DTC) with system level replacements. • Deep understanding of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Hyundai, Volkswagen, and Honda cars, IC Engine, I-MMD, E-CVT, ECT, ECM, PCM, BCM, ABS, MCU, Immobilizer, ACC, LKAS, CMBS, RDMS. • Hands on experience for inspection, adjustment and testing for each system and sub-component on German, Korean and Japanese cars.
