Seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Engineering and Banking Industry, I have specialized in Branch expansion, Infra Facility and Administrative, Operations, Customer Relationship Management/Support, Technical Services in various leading organizations. My current role involves managing the bank's broad interests in real estate matters, ranging from Facility Management, Vendor Management, and Physical & Electronic Security for all Axis Bank branches/offices.With excellent team leadership skills, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, I am an effective communicator who can adjust priorities in response to changing directives and deadlines. I have a demonstrated track record of optimizing space and operating efficiency while focusing on cost rationalization and delivery within TAT. In my current role, I also play a critical role in quality control, especially for large branches to other offices.At Axis Bank, I have spearheaded the identification of premises and locations for new as well as relocation of premises branches. I have also been responsible for negotiating with landlords for commercial spaces, monitoring with Circle engineer for completion of branches, and timely renewal of lease for existing branches. Additionally, I ensure that the lease for new premises gets signed on a timely basis and co-ordinate with CPT, IT, RBO for timely completion of their scope of activities.In my previous roles, I was responsible for project management, facility management, cost planning and control, coordination, work execution, and systems development. I have also led teams for repair and maintenance, housekeeping, and security, and been key in driving the achievement of organizational goals through cost reduction in OPEX, maintaining/improving look and feel of channels, project roll out within TAT, surrender of premises, and partner care and development.I hold a BSc and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and am proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
