Background

About Ayan Ganguly

As an accomplished executive and business leader, I have distinguished experience managing people, processes, and systems to positively impact bottom line performance across the energy industry. Have been an architect for blue print of B2B business growth for each organization/ assignment I served so far, in the Thermal & Renewable EPC projects, Services business and Industrial Applications. The tangible impact that I could create as a P&L Head in order backlog, revenues, cash-flow throughout 2 decades of my career journey is a hallmark to reckon with.Over years, I have been an impactful change-agent, leading cultural transformation and growth. Solving complex business issues, be it for sales growth or operational excellance; is what excites me most. I believe that understanding customer’s unarticulated needs and continuous value creation is the Mantra for growth. Drawing on my functional experience in sales, projects and P&L management, encompassing team leadership and strategy development, I have learned how to turn challenges in uncertain times into opportunities. My ‘outside in’ approach to identify gaps in market and promoting innovative customer value solution is a forte to vouch for. This helped keep my organization ahead of competition. Ability to envision, business rationale, entrepreneurial orientation, cross-cultural interactions and emotional intelligence are few of the virtues which defines me perfectly. I'm always looking to grow my personal and professional network. Feel free to connect via LinkedIn or contact me directly at AYN.GANGULY@GMAIL.COM
