As a Senior Data Scientist at McAfee, I lead projects that leverage machine learning and natural language processing to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion. I have successfully developed and deployed ML models and pipelines that reduce dataset building time, predict customer segments at risk of churn, and formulate dynamic pricing strategies based on customer behavior and feature engagement. Prior to joining McAfee, I worked as a Senior Data Scientist at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where I acted as a project lead and developed an NLP pipeline for sentiment analysis on Chinese financial texts, achieving a high F1 score.
