About Ayan Kumar Chatterjee

An HR Professional with 14+ years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. During this span of time I have been privileged to have experienced working in various functions within HR namely Performance Management, HRBP, Engagement and HR Operations. In all these years of service, if I have to highlight 2 of the most important assignments I have worked in, then building the task force and being part of it to control attrition in one of my organisations was one of the greatest experience I will always treasure. It gave me the opportunity to interact with my people stationed across different locations in my country and in understanding their concerns from a different perspective altogether. Being part of the project team which implemented the global HRMS platform, Workday during my tenure in another one of my previous Organisation has been another important part of my career. It gave me an opportunity to strengthen my process related skills along with various aspects of stakeholder management. Organisational Behaviour is my area of interest, all ng with Training & Development. Being a student of XLRI, Jamshedpur has given me that opportunity to learn and work on this aspect of management. I always look forward to contributing in this particular field of study in the future
