Ayan Ray is a Senior Technology Leader and Evangelist based in San Francisco Bay Area. He is a seasoned technology strategist specialized in architecting the most strategic partnerships between Enterprises to create joint go-to-market and co-selling opportunities. Ayan Ray serves as the Senior Partner Solutions Architect - Data & Analytics at AWS. In his present role Ayan Ray drives partnerships with esteemed data and analytics software partners of AWS. He works with some of the biggest enterprises in the data and analytics space to create well-architected integration strategies in turn leading to co-selling opportunities. Prior to AWS, Ayan Ray served as the Senior Solutions Architect - Data & Analytics at the Lyve cloud division of Seagate Technologies. At Lyve Cloud, Ayan Ray was responsible for designing the Enterprise Architecture to enable Analytics on Lyve Cloud. He played a pivotal role to create joint go-to-market strategies with Lyve cloud partners - Iguazio and Zadara. Ayan Ray also served as the Director of Engineering for Noodle.ai, an Enterprise AI company funded by DELL Technology Capital and TPG. At Noodle.ai, he was the Engineering Leader of Supply Chain suite of products and also served as the Guild leader of Backend Engineering in the company. Ayan Ray was one of the early Engineers to join Noodle.ai and was an active contributor in its growth from $0 to $300M+ valuation. His architecture and management skills enabled Noodle.ai’s supply chain product to scale from a pilot scope POC to an Enterprise grade product with 100+ planners, 10K + brands and multi-million dollar Annual recurring revenue. He was awarded the Noodle brain award in 2019 as a recognition of his thought leadership skills. Ayan Ray is an advocate, writer and practitioner of data engineering, data analytics, cloud-computing, web services, serverless, domain driven design and software design principles. Prior to Noodle.ai, he worked in companies like Infosys Limited, LnT Infotech and RS Software.
