I have 8 years of work experience in a mixed environment comprising of IT, Telecom Industry. Currently working as Microsoft Identity Manager L2 Support specialist in my team which is responsible for end to end Identity and Access Management. Also having 2 years experience in Sailpoint Identity IQ L1 & L2 Support. Domains of expertise comprises of Service Desk, Service Operation, Incident, Problem, Change and Stakeholder Management. Good in terms of Problem Solving, Decision Making, Analytical, Motivational and customer Oriented skills. Having a good interpersonal communication skill, excellent adaptability to all kind of environment and taking up new challenges. Love to deep dive into any issues and investigating till the loop holes are found in details and have a “CAN DO” attitude at any point of situation unless fixed.
