About Ayana Field

One of my first memories in school, was my teacher pulling me aside and told me,"Life is going to have bumps, and you are going to be scared, however, are you willing to take those risks to be successful, are you willing to be different, and show those who doubt you wrong." Throughout my life, I have always been a leader and a positive communicator. The art of communicating with anyone at any given time. I have grown up around business owners, and my mother Elizabeth Field, teaching me everything she knows. Elizabeth Field has owned and still runs, billion-dollar companies, and took me under her wing. She has given me experience that many individuals would not have had starting out. The world and society is ever-changing. As the world around us changes, we as people have to learn to adapt, and thrive in new ways. This is something I specialize in. Taking "old methods" and turning them into something more modern, and useful for today's time. Experimenting and researching to find the best possible option there is for business needs. I have at least four years of direct and hands-on business experience, as I have mirrored and taken on internships throughout the years. I am looking to grow and expand as an individual in the business world.
