With a work smarter not harder approach to effort, I’ve created and pioneered a streamlined child support reconciliation tracking process resulting in improved sanctioning timeliness, created a comprehensive manual to guide office staff on policies and procedures, and retaped an entire gymnasium floor (that’s 4,200 sq.ft. in two 10- hour shifts) to create a budget friendly refreshed environment for the students to play in. My enthusiastic attitude, commitment to growth, and enduring spirit has led me down paths of human advocacy and social work, and with plenty of transferable skills I am able to adapt to any work environment I’m in.
