As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at A Better Way, Inc, I provide comprehensive support across administrative and research functions, ensuring the organization's operational excellence. Currently a Master of Social Work (MSW) candidate at Samuel Merritt University, with a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley, I bring a robust background in data analysis, critical thinking, and communication to my role. My key responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, efficiently arranging and rescheduling meetings for the CEO, and handling correspondence, reports, and documents with precision. I excel in maintaining meticulous records and managing both mail and email communications, demonstrating unwavering attention to detail and dedication. I also offer critical research support by producing concise summaries and briefings, contributing to the success of executives, and enhancing interdepartmental communication. My ability to analyze data, think critically, and collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures impactful results and organizational success. In addition, as the Board Secretary for the Cal Alumni Association, I have refined my skills in facilitating board meetings, maintaining essential records, and fostering effective communication.
