I graduated from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ/METU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in February 2023. I am a creative, energetic, and innovative engineer who excels in teamwork and multitasking. Efficiency has always been a central principle in my problem-solving approach, and I consistently strive to enhance performance through methodologies such as Six Sigma and lean manufacturing. As a positive and collaborative team member, I contribute constructively to group dynamics and maintain strong performance in high-pressure environments. I am recognized for my resilience and persistence, maintaining focus, performance, and solution-oriented thinking. I approach challenges with rational thinking, and my professional conduct is guided by my core values of loyalty and trustworthiness.Looking ahead, my primary career goal is to contribute to Turkey while continuously pursuing career growth and personal development. I am highly motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering meaningful impact through my work.In my current role, I have conducted multiple research projects and executed operational tests focused on optimizing NOx and CO emissions, while also gaining valuable expertise in reducing unburned carbon emissions. As part of the operating team, I have worked closely with different teams and collaborated with numerous colleagues on production-related activities, gaining practical experience in plant operations and coordination. Despite being at an early stage of my career, I served as a project leader at Aksa, where I successfully managed a key project to improve the burning air distribution of Boiler 2 in collaboration with Tabi Energy.Through my professional experience, I have developed strong competencies in team coordination, process and data tracking, operational monitoring, analytical thinking, and strategic planning.
