About Ayca Erkent

Hi, I am Ayça Erkent. I am a fourth-year pharmacy student at Bezmialem University. I want to obtain experience in the pharmaceutical sector so that I can shape my future career. Interning in the fields of pharmacy and pharmaceutical research and development gave me expertise in several aspects of my job. In the spring semester of this year, I am doing my internship in the field of clinical pharmacy, thanks to the chances provided by our institution. I received feedback that I was effective in my internships because of my responsibility, drive to learn, and communication abilities. In addition, I make it a point to attend trainings and conferences in order to keep up with the latest advances in my field. A few of the certificates I have received: certificate of use of experimental animals; HPLC, GC methods certificates, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 45001 certificates; GMP-GLP certificates. My main source of motivation in life is to do things that will be valuable to me every day. As an individual who has studied pharmacy, my primary motivation is touching people’s lives positively and being a successful pharmacist who always focuses on offering the best for humanity. In this context, one of my primary goals is to advance my career in a global company and make positive contributions to human health. Also, I would like to grow and evolve continuously along my path to gain different perspectives at each step by achieving different milestones and having a broader understanding. In order to advance at my career, I wish to perform internships in pharmaceutical industry and study the professional working environment.
