About Aycan Ulu

I began my journey in the field of Industrial Engineering with a full scholarship at Doğuş University and graduated top of my class. Alongside my major, I pursued dual minors in Economics and Finance, as well as a concentration in Management and Marketing within the business department. My senior project in facility planning and design was selected as the best project of the year by the university.I took my first steps in my career at Borusan Machinery and Power Systems, where I was selected as a candidate engineer through the All Star program. Following extensive on-the-job training and theoretical education, I started my career as a workshop engineer in the power transmission and hydraulic department at CRC in Gebze. Over the years, I expanded my responsibilities to become the engineer in charge of the motorhome & turbo and rectification departments.My career progression continued as I advanced through the ranks via the service engineer career development program, skipping a level and assuming responsibilities as a technical support and communication engineer in the Energy & Transportation segment. Here, I also supported the warranty processes of this segment.Additionally, I embarked on my MBA journey at Doğuş University this year to further enhance my knowledge and leadership skills.
