About Ayda Alibeigloo

I am a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with experience in clinical operations management, research, and strategic program development. My background includes managing day-to-day clinic operations, optimizing workflow, coordinating therapist schedules, handling insurance and WSIB claims, and ensuring accurate patient record management. These responsibilities strengthened my organizational, financial, and communication skills while enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency. Beyond clinical management, I have led marketing and outreach initiatives, including competitor research, partnership development, and event coordination, to increase engagement and promote wellness services. In addition, I bring a strong research background in biological sciences. I conducted studies on the symbiotic relationship between Hydra viridissima and Chlorella, examining factors influencing regeneration, as well as exploring epigenetic regulation in regeneration using Sirtinol. These projects sharpened my analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. I am passionate about leveraging my combined expertise in operations, research, and strategic leadership to drive innovation and efficiency in healthcare and management. Currently, I am preparing to further develop these skills through the Master of Science in Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
