About Ayden Notaro

Senior at the University of Delaware pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. I was captivated by the world of business from a young age through family ventures and personal interests. Graduating from Mainland Regional Highschool, I have developed a strong set of communications skills through leadership, media production, and diverse experience. I leverage the oppurtunities offered by the University of Delaware in order to develop professionally, expand my network, and dedicate my time towards applications of Finance. In the spring semester of 2022, I was offered a position as a new analyst in the Blue Hen Investment Club where I was taught how to construct discounted cash flow models, conduct market research, and pitch to the club. Less than a year from then, I was promoted to Consumer Staples Sector Head. As Sector Head, I led a team of 8 analysts to actively manage the Consumer Staples Sector of the actively traded, long-only equity fund while training 3 new analysts in valuation, accounting, and financial statement analysis. Throughout this experience, I have gained experience in organizational leadership through developing investment strategies.
