I am currently Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture and Customer Channels, in the Group Technology function of MTN Group a pan-African digital services provider with a significant presence in 17 countries across the Middle East and Africa. Throughout my career, I have led numerous large-scale initiatives, including the BSS transformation and customer channels strategy at MTN Group, which have significantly improved technology capabilities, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, while delivering substantial cost savings and new revenue opportunities. I excel in leading cross-functional teams through complex projects, and optimizing frameworks to support business objectives. My collaborative approach ensures alignment between technology and business leaders, driving continuous improvement across the organization. I am passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, risk management, and compliance, in helping organisations navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape. I am the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Unstoppable HER, I created this Blog to empower women to thrive in technology, My mission is to break stereotypes, inspire confidence, and showcase how women are driving innovation and transformation. In addition to this I also serve as a Lean in Circle Leader and Coach. A big believer in the fact that collaborative Operator insights are key to enabling our industry to evolve, I am a Co -Chair of the TM Forum Techco Organization Design Project, and also a member of TM Forums Technical Advisory Committee.
