My lifelong parallel passions for event planning and education converge to create experiences that foster learning, forge connections, and inspire impact. Growing up in Hong Kong’s vibrant multicultural metropolis taught me the value of diversity and the importance of cultivating spaces where everyone feels seen and heard. As an advocate for equity and inclusion, I leverage the transformative power of storytelling to build empathy and togetherness at every opportunity. Words are my instrument for igniting action; parties are my playground for sharing ideas. I specialise in curating rich shared experiences that enhance community and foster belonging, because we all learn best when we feel safe and supported. I have a profound respect for children and I am wholeheartedly passionate about progressive pedagogy as a means for tackling societal issues. So whether you are a member of my team, or a student in my class, my goal as a leader is the same; to educate, empower and equip. I do this by encouraging mental and emotional agility, whilst nurturing curiosity, critical thinking and creativity through kind, compassionate humour and authentic connection. A natural optimiser, I believe organization is a form of self care and care for others, and that creating smooth systems can positively influence mental health and workflow efficiency. My love of ‘get stuck in’ problem-solving and special brand of ‘roll your sleeves up’ resourcefulness means I thrive in situations where creative innovation or change management is required. Essentially, I love to teach, but live to learn.
