As a senior technical writer with over five years of experience, I have developed and maintained high-quality technical documentation for various Google products and services both for internal (developers)and external audiences (Users). I have a strong pharmaceutical science background, enabling me to understand complex and technical concepts and create compelling technical documentation. In my previous role at Google Operations Center, I coordinated and collaborated with product managers and stakeholders in my workflow to create user-centric content. My core responsibilities were technical writing and technical editing using content management systems. I also trained and mentored new writers across different teams. Saved time on employee training by creating internal process documents on best practices. Reduced the number of errors within the team by leading team refreshers on critical procedures.
