About Ayla Mayer

As a senior human resources generalist, I support all aspects of the HR function, including recruiting, employee relations, training, performance management, HR policies, and leave administration. With over eight years of experience in the company, I have grown from an administrative assistant to a human resources specialist, and now to a senior human resources generalist, demonstrating my commitment, adaptability, and professionalism. My mission is to elevate the employee experience and align business objectives with employee satisfaction. I provide new hire HR orientation, coordinate interviews, support training, and own all aspects of the employee life cycle. I have also worked with leadership to increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover, contributing to the company being awarded 100 best companies to work in WA in 2015, 2021, and 2022. Additionally, I have collaborated with internal teams to develop and implement HR systems, such as AirMason, Culture Amp, and BambooHR, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. I am passionate about supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce of 160 team members across four subsidiaries located in four different states.
