About Aylen Castro

I recently graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a bachelor's in psychology and business administration, a combination of my two passions, business and people. Growing up in a family-owned business, I learned to love sales and client management and got to use those skills during my time at AT & T where I spent 4 years, enjoying every interaction with customer and assisting them in staying connected. During this time, I was studying Psychology and that was when I learned I enjoyed talking to people, building relationships and helping in any way as possible, thus leading me to finding my place at Williams Professional Painting in Business Development. In Business Development for Williams Professional Painting & WillGo National Painting, I focus on finding and creating meaningful relationships with commercial clients by providing professional contracting services for their upcoming projects. My role involves researching, networking, marketing, developing and maintaining key relationships with all clients.I am proud to be a part of Williams Professional Painting & WillGo National Painting as their company values their customers by providing a top-tier experience.
