About Ayman Mohamed

Dr Ayman Mohamed is Professor of Nuclear Physics at Najran University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has M.Sc and PhD from Ain Shams University, Egypt. His area of interest is detection of Nuclear particles and Gamma rays. Dr Ayman is handling two big projects on Nuclear Physics. One of these projects has been reviewed by the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr Ayman has contributed to the arena of science by publishing more than 30 papers in peer reviewed Nuclear and Applied Physics journals, to name a few, Progress in nuclear Energy, Nuclear Instrument and Methods in Physics, Radiation Measurements and Applied Surface Science. Based on his research accomplishment, he is considered as a reviewer in some scientific journals, such as,Nuclear Science and Techniques, Radiation Physics and Chemistry, Nuclear Science and technology,Radiation Effects and Defects in Solids, Isotopes in Environmental & Health Studies,microelectronics, Sensors and Actuators and Royal Society of Chemistry. He collaborated with a number of local, regional and international recognized universities, for example, Nara Institute of Science and Technology,(NAIST) Takayama, Japan. A patent file has been filed in Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property for his current research. He contribute in two books entitled “DAM-ADC Nuclear track detector and it's applications” and “Radon”. Dr Ayman is currently working on nanopartilces for nuclear applications in Najran University.
