Je suis né dans une petite ville de la côte Ouest de la France et j’ai passé mes étés à la ferme de mon grand-père, au bord de la mer. Inspiré par les goûts et les odeurs des produits frais tout autour de moi, j'ai choisi la cuisine comme métier. Je suis passé par les meilleures cuisines de France pour apprendre mon art, travaillant pour des chefs renommés tels qu'Alain Ducasse et Michel Trama. En 2009, je suis tombé amoureux du Québec et j'ai déménagé à Montréal. Je vous invite à me suivre sur la route d'un avenir meilleur en cuisines. I was born in a small town on the west coast of France and spent childhood summers on my grandfather’s farm by the seaside. Inspired by the tastes and smells of fresh products all around me, I chose the kitchen as my workplace. I toured the best kitchens of France to learn my craft, working for such renowned chefs as Alain Ducasse and Michel Trama. In 2009, I fell in love with Quebec and moved to Montreal. My colleagues and I at Sodexo are reviving old traditions and looking at innovative ways to reduce our food waste.
