Currently, I focus on combating child sexual exploitation, improving online child safety, and addressing legal gaps that leave children at risk. I provide dedicated legal support across my organization’s departments and programs, offering insights on policy issues related to online child safety. My work involves extensive legal research, drafting, and reviewing educational and advocacy materials, including reports and submissions for all levels of government and international bodies. I actively contribute to a case law database and foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including Crown attorneys, parole officers, and professionals in child and animal protection sectors. Additionally, I draft, negotiate, and maintain contracts with businesses and organizations in Canada and globally, ensuring their platforms prioritize child protection. Beyond my legal expertise, I advise management on corporate governance matters, collaborating on corporate documents, filings, and registrations.
