I am a Quality Assurance professional with a background in Food Science and hands-on experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing. I specialize in in-process audits, allergen and hygiene control, batch documentation review, and root cause analysis. With a strong grasp of food safety standards like HACCP, SQF, and FSSC I have led quality initiatives that improved compliance, reduced deviations, and supported audit readiness. I recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Food Science Technology at Centennial College and hold certifications in HACCP, WHMIS, Food Safety, and High Reliability for Zero Harm. Known for my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead QA functions during shifts, I’m passionate about driving product quality and continuous improvement in the food and health sectors.
