I have more than 6 years of experience in healthcare administration and patient/hospital revenue, with a bachelor's degree in psychology. My core competencies include streamlining processes, fostering relationships, managing databases, presenting feedback and solutions, and leading projects. I work with management and the VP of Patient Financial Services to strategically plan and implement institution-wide, operational, and process improvement projects that enhance patient access, cost-savings, and revenue trends. I also support the training and development of new employees, providing them with ambulatory service specific guidelines and expectations.
