Hey there, I'm Ayodeji; a Masters in Environmental Engineering student at Lakehead University. I'm a motivated and multi-faceted individual with over 5 years experience in retail marketing and customer service. My objective is to find a position within an organization where I will be able to challenge myself and utilize my skills to satisfy and balance clients’ needs whilst maintaining the highest level of proficiency. I have been privileged to redevelop and redesign over 40+ eLearning/Instructional design courses into fun, well-polished and engaging materials(CBT) for clients. In my experience, I've come to find that teamwork, smart work, and understanding the strengths of colleagues, partners & stakeholders intimately throughout the design process creates the best results. As an E-learning Content Developer; I am passionate about helping shape children and adults into well-rounded individuals using gamification, focusing on values, academics, and entrepreneurship.I will deliver professional E-Learning Services custom-tailored to meet clients' business requirements.I take pride in the work I do and the strong relationships I've built with clients and colleagues. When I'm not working, you can find me at a Football game, playing Chess, scrabble, or other puzzling games/activities.
